How to order

You are able to pay for your goods using all major credit and debit cards (Mastercards, Visa, Delta, Switch, Solo, Maestro). Secure servers offer NOA customers the highest level of security when entering Credit Card details over the internet. All credit/debit card purchases are subject to the normal validation checks and authorisation procedures adopted by the card user. Any refusal by the issuer of any payment card to authorise the payment to us, for any reason, will not render NOA liable for any delay or non-delivery.

Delivery

Our jewellery is made to order.

We aim to dispatch orders within 2 – 3 working days.

We offer free UK delivery for all orders over £50

UK delivery charge:
Royal Mail First Class Signed For – £3.50

Rest of the world:
Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed – £8.5

Returns

If you are not completely happy with your order, for whatever reason, you may return it within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange.

The item/s should be returned with its original packaging and invoice.

If the return is due to an error we have made we will gladly refund the original delivery charge.
For your own protection, we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998).
We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service.
We will give you the chance to refuse any marketing email from us or from another trader in the future.

We do not keep your credit/debit card details.

The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law.
